The Rabat Hotel in Almaty was exceptionally clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering great value for the money. Its central location on the first floor of a building made it convenient for exploring the city.

Spacious and clean rooms, great value for money, and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a convenient area close to key attractions and amenities. The free Wi-Fi service was also a pleasant surprise.
Our check-in process proved to be quite lengthy, and we didn't have access to multi-language speaking staff. the comforters looked like they weren't frequently cleaned, and this was a deal-breaker for us.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a good range of facilities. The location was convenient and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to the main attractions by public transportation.
The check-in process took a long time and some of the staff seemed a bit unprofessional. There were also problems with the Wi-Fi connection in the room and the comforters were not very clean. Additionally, the noise from the hallways and streets made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep at times.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in the center of the city made transportation very convenient. The hotel facilities were more than satisfactory and everything was clean and looked new. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The value for money was great, with the spacious and clean rooms being the highlight.

This hotel is situated in a central area providing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the rooms are spacious, clean and well-furnished. the bathrooms are also clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. the breakfast options are great and offer a variety of dishes to choose from.
The customer service needs improvement as the staff seemed unprofessional and lacked hospitality.
